• Send an email to [email protected] using the order id sent to your email, to initiate the refund or exchange process. Products are fully refundable and exchangeable.
• Refund or exchange to be filed within 7days. Product should not be used, packing to be preserved

The products that have been customised or altered at your request are NOT exchangeable or refundable.
